Returns and Exchanges

• Return Period: You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Some items, such as perishable goods or custom orders, are not eligible for returns.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@accessories.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
