Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation yet, your order may still be processing. Orders typically take 1 business day to be processed before they are shipped. Please note that not all orders include tracking information.

  • Check your email for the shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Delivery Delays?

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed or hasn’t been updated, it may be due to courier issues or high shipping volumes. We recommend checking with the shipping carrier for more details.

  2. Receive Instructions – One of our team will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship Your Item – Securely package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Refund Process – Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

How to Exchange an Item

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at returns@accessories.co.uk to check availability.

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns, but we’ll ship out your new item once we receive the returned product.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
