Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation yet, your order may still be processing. Orders typically take 1 business day to be processed before they are shipped. Please note that not all orders include tracking information.

Delivery Delays?

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Exchange an Item
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at returns@accessories.co.uk to check availability.
Exchanges follow the same process as returns, but we’ll ship out your new item once we receive the returned product.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
